How to take the Online Alarm School
In 2006, the City of Palm Springs began allowing the online alarm prevention program so alarm users could learn to prevent false alarms. This course is entirely online and can be completed from any computer in about 30 minutes. It can be taken whether or not you have caused a false alarm, and the cost is $25.00. The City provides a $100.00 reduction in assessed false alarm fines once every 365 days upon course completion.
